- Sample Automotive BPC Use Log (Excel)
This is a sample log for purchases using the Automotive BPC. Departments do not have to use this sample. A log tailored to the department's need may be used. However, it must include mileage, gallons of fuel, description of non-fuel items--including quantity and cost. A copy of the department's use log must be included with the Automotive BPC application.

- Vendors Accepting Visa/BPC (PDF)
All transactions under $5,000 where there is no additional fee for
paying with the BPC shall be paid with the BPC. This is a list of
vendors of have accepted Visa for payment in the past. It is not an
exhaustive list of all vendors who accept Visa. If a vendor is not on
this list, ask if they accept Visa prior to making the purchase.
