POLICY PURPOSE:

Provide instruction for catering campus events

POLICY STATEMENT:

KU Campus Dining located in the Kansas Union is the exclusive caterer for events held on campus. All food served on University premises must be obtained from KU Campus Dining.

Per an agreement entered into between the University and the Memorial Unions Corporation, the University designates the Corporation as the campus caterer and concessionaire, with exclusive rights to provide such services in facilities operated as a student union, in University academic buildings as designated by the University, in all University owned and operated housing units and at University sanctioned or sponsored events at other locations on campus.
