Hawkfin - List Serve

The Hawkfin List Serve is the tool for providing announcements to all financial system users.  Each user is added as a member of the list serve at the time they are granted access to the financial system.  Other campus staff can be added to the list serve by forwarding a name and email address to the financial system administrator. System users can not be removed from the list serve unless their access to the financial system is also terminated.
