The University of Kansas uses PeopleSoft Financials (version 9.0) for capturing all budgets, financial transactions, journal entries and related data for KU Administration and Finance. The following user guides describe and illustrate many of the primary transactions performed with PeopleSoft Financials – 9.0 by departments throughout the University. All documents are PDF.

FSKU was upgraded in July 2008. Documentation supporting FSKU will be updated as system procedures are evaluated and modified to help meet the needs of departmental end-users. As a result, KU Comptroller’s Office Financial System User Manuals will update regularly. Please check the Comptroller’s website for the most recent version available.
